Lithium Battery are class 9 dangerous goods( Class No. 9) determind by the United Nations and divided into two categories：
Lithium metal Battery and Lithium ion Battery
Lithium metal Battery refers to a single-use battery, used in timing, computer or equipment motherboard;
Lithium ion battery refers to a battery that can be used for multiple times of charging and discharging; used in mobile phones, notebooks, power tools, balance cars, lawn mowers, drones, electric vehicles, and energy storage equipment.

Parts of lithium battery products are subject to United Nations regulations for dangerous goods category II (UN PG II) packaging

Lithium batteries in and out of other countries also need to comply with their existing regulations, such as EU ADR 2017, US 49CFR
