China Logistics Pesticide Export and Shipping Process

First, make Application record inDrug Inspection Office of the Ministry of Agriculture , and then prepare the pesticide registration certificate, the production enterprise power of attorney, the foreign trade contract and the application form.

To export, the exporting enterprise must make a pesticide export registration release notice in the agricultural inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture.
The application process is carried out online on the Internet for enterprise filing, and the paper documents for the pesticide export registration release notice are as follows:
1. Application form for export pesticide registration management release notice (original official seal).
2. Export power of attorney (original, issued by the holder of the pesticide registration certificate).
3. Pesticide registration certificate (copy, stamped with the official seal of the production company).
4. Export contract (copy).

The production enterprise must have a pesticide registration certificate. The Agricultural Inspection Office of the Ministry of Agriculture  in Beijing is the only institution in China that does pesticide registration. There are no branches in other regions.

The documents required for the export of pesticides include MSDS, pesticide transfer certificate (such goods are shipped from Hong Kong, no need for customers to handle, our company will handle it).
